Go and look up the headcanon of Adagio if you don't know what's all of this about :3So! I kinda wanted to know how exactly would Adagio and Aria do to decide who had to be leader. At first I thought that they'd just fight, but then I remembered Aria was stronger and more intelligent, so she would have easily defeated her twin sister. I ended up doing a physical fight scene anyway, but I figured that after that Adagio would have offered Aria something, if this one would have let Adagio win. The enchanting singer said to her sister that she would have given her control on the unborn third siren. Aria accepted, because at the time she still didn't know the force and power she was able to use.
It was fun doing this one, even though Aria's "neck membranes" were quite difficult. I think I'll draw them again, because I really love these bad girls. I'm quite disappointed about how they were ended in the film: running away, simple gone and with no vocal skills anymore. Ugh. I hope they will return, maybe in a third film? I don't know. Anyway, I hope you like this one ^^

I too hope they aren't just thrown on the reject villains pile like Gilda or Sombra. I mean they've been on "Earth" for centuries, perhaps millennia, there is so much more to tell!
Great work with the drawing, you're really good with posing! They look like they're properly facing each other which is something I never mastered with my drawings.
I just imagine them with their fins raised in anger, there is much growling and hissing like a small vicious dog but scaled up to scary levels.

Yeah, I hope that too. That's what really really disappointed me in the second film's ending... you know, when they run away. Too bad they just disappeared like that D:

Maybe they'll be carrying out community service or something in the third film (Friendship Games). I mean, Trixie runs away at the end of her appearances then turns up again.
Do you read the comics at all? The sirens are going to get their own origin comic in the Fiendship is Magic series!

Yes they have! It was announced last week. Using those terrible character models that they've used for the past two films.
Well, you didn't hear it from me but you can get them all for free on yayponies . The Fiendship series aren't out until next month though I think. ^^
