It's funny -- I don't know where I got the idea, but I draw the candy necklace, I guess, as another point of detail. Why do I do this? I don't know... the characters are really simplistic, and I like to throw in these extra little elements that add to their personalities, and to tag the fanart as something clearly drawn by me, in some small way. :9
