This scene did almost make me cry ): I'm really enjoying Star Wars: Rebels so far. I'm glad I decided to watch it. Kanan is a wonderful father figure to Ezra ^^

This scene was everything to me, however, it was much too short. I find that all the scenes where Kanan and Ezra have a moment are cut short and it annoys me. I mean, Kanan and Hera's scenes are much longer...

This is true. Β I'd be fine if they spent a few more seconds of screen time just letting them hug, or letting Ezra vent his frustration and sadness, or whatever the case may be.

Maybe it's due to homosexuality being shown in children's to shows? I mean, I know that Kanan and Ezra's relationship is strictly friends/father and son, but seeing two men partake in acts such as hugging, has been known to cause issues with people.

Yeah I guess they want to make sure it's perceived as platonic, and I respect that. Β Even though their relationship is so obviously a father-son/master-apprentice dynamic, people on the internet still distort it to mean other things, unfortunately.

That moment was kind of sweet because of Kanan helping Ezra and a little scary because of the chance that he could have died when using the Dark side of the Force,along with the giant creature Ezra woke up and controlled. (I forgot what they're called,sorry)
