Description
A scan of one of my prints, there is an edition of 11 of these babies for the SGC international conference this year. The fish painting was done in Photoshop CS3 and paint tool SAI, then it was printed out on high quality paper. The fish area is embossed and printed with trans base ink that I mixed with a lot of little shimmery sparkles ( which unfortunately you can't see very well in a scan like this). In real life it has a subtle sparkle and it's very cute! c:This is digital & traditional art.

It's just a goldfish because I love them. Doesn't really look like my goldfish, he's just a regular comet. ^^ I made it so that it can't be downloaded because it is technically part of a special set of 11 and I didn't want people going nuts, is all. x3

Maybe. You can always ask.
But personally, if I didn't want anyone to download my art even for personal use (like using it as a wallpaper), I'd put a watermark on it or add "hey, don't download it" note to the description. (What's funny, people's web browsers would download it anyway to display it. But obviously we're not talking about that.
