Oh, nice work! Actually she's quite adorable in the design you gave here. I'm not sure why, I guess it's a trait her character naturally seems to have. Also, pretty nice coloring work here, I like how you made the blue highlights of the background magic glowing, neon style, it's really quite a fun thing to see.
