Description After being on the Internet for years, I've learned that people really love to engage in arguments over trivial reasons. But, I have learned that arguing online is pointless, I never see the point on why people feel the need to argue against someone else who is narrow-minded. From my experience, I have learned that no matter how wrong someone is, or just how much counter-evidence you have at your disposal, starting arguments on the internet rarely get anyone to change their mind, so it is pointless to start arguments on the internet with someone. The reason for this is because everyone is talking but no one is listening, in other words, everyone is narrow-minded.

Narrow-Minded people will see their way as the only way, and they are unwilling to admit that any of their opinions, ideas, or ways of doing things have flaws. They have their opinions and you have yours, but neither of you is willing to compromise and change your opinions. When two people argue neither sides are really listening to the other person because in their arguments are basically saying "I'm right. You're stupid." So when two people online argue, both sides tend to come away thinking they were right and they defeated the other person. Arguing on the Internet is like running into a brick wall, it's stupid, it's a waste of time, and it can leave you with a throbbing headache. I sometimes argue with people online while silently judging them, but most of the time I avoid discussion with people because I know it will lead to nowhere.

The problem that also causes Internet arguments is that people just love to share their opinions by making a video or a blog or a stamp and then expected everyone to agree with them, but then they get salty when someone comes and disagrees with them. Sharing your opinions is a dangerous game that should not be played since when you share your opinions online will only lead to debates, and the best way to avoid this danger is not to share your opinions online. Sharing your opinions can also lead you to be fire from your job or be harassed by someone. Sharing your opinions lead to the inevitable social media backlash for you, so if you really want to avoid all that, then just simply avoid sharing your opinions if you really hate debates.

In the end, no one wins on an Internet fight.
