Wow, I like the design of this dragon Especially this one in particular ^-^ I love the greens you used, and the pattern is very pretty and fun to use! I think this is the best one you've done so far ;3 One thing you should keep in mind about the muzzle and seeing it from certain views is that the higher the angle, the closer the upper lip needs to be to bottom of the face. Let me know if you don't understand and I'll give you an example: I'm not that great at explaining things X3

And I caught a few typos in the descriptions: "Feathery tail that acts* as a rudder in the water." and you spelled "Flight" wrong on the right. Juuuuuust so you know ^^
