Description
my contest entire forHer contest was to design consept for several spacific military ranking outfits. I chose to take a shot at the Assassin, the Private, and the Sergeant.
The Assassin is featured as a Russian blue mix
The Private is featured as a Ca De Bou (or Bulldog)
The Sergeant is featured as a Doberman
The outfits were baised on real life military dog atire, and the two official military ranking ones also feature their ranks true insigina. (yes i actully did research for this contest, not sure why but I did, and I had fun ^^)
I think I might try to come up with some more for this contest, because the animals for it are so varied, and I want to try them all, as well as all the rankings.
Any way hope you like it ~Saphirawolf =]

good artwork but, out of curiosity, how does it make sense that an assassin or a private has a uniform that doesn't protect the chest at all?

one of the major reasons I did not give them chest peices is for flexibility reasons, and their spacific rank/job. The privat in her story is just a simple gaurd, and there are so many other higher ranking officers that would be more important, and need more protection because they are out fighting almost everyday, that I almost wanted to give the impression that they could not reproduce a full body suit for a mere gaurd. For the assasin, have you ever tried puting things on a cat? they don't like it. And cats are just so flexible, and can fit into tight spaces it would almost be more of a pain for even a metal plat to be there. My main goal for the assassin was keep it simple and make it move with the body. Also another thing to consider is this is just a consept, should the artist I'm drawing to for deside that they need a chest plate, then she has every right to. But I desided to stay more true to todays police dog atire which don't have chest plates for the reasons above.
