Description
This is Night Stalker looking into a puddle and seeing the reflection of his father, Night Raider. At the time Night Stalker had just killed some one ... and it wasn't neccisarly an accedent.I'm sorry for the darkness
i tired to lighten it up a bit but it just looked really off

lol i don think u can do it on the gimp but its called Hue/Saturation, well i think i saw it there once but it doesn't turn out as nicely shaded as it does on Photoshop. Many thanks for the comment
