Description
This is the very first time I drew and came up with the idea of an Arctic character. I made her back in 1990, but the pic is so old, their is little I can do with it to make it look better.
This one is meant for the scraps, even though I cleaned it up as best as I could, I really, REALLY hate her pose and I have a MUCH better pic of her in the works. :/
