it's actually a three-way conflict here; Grand is there to capture Skinny/Netrun, but Doa is there to execute Grand because he took too long on his mission!Β Β

they (Decoy Union) deemed his mission a failure and issued his execution nearly right (~40 hours) before he caught up to Netrun. so his fate kinda depends on his this plays out?
although, the Union has always been displeased with Grand, and Doa pretty much hates him, she thinks he's a huge threat to the security of the organization, because of his loose lips. he's always on the verge of leaking information to the public.
