He was alone at sea, it was quiet, the sound of wind and water and the occasional bird or fish, all this white noise of the world was deafened by the silence of nothingness, the open water around him, he was going to the center, no land in sight, no land in memory really, it was a long time out there, years. He had time to think, a lot of time to have a lot of thoughts, mostly reflecting on his life and what brought him here, and his accomplishments, but mostly what caused him to do this, here, now, why? Netrun had to do this, but didn't know why.

He loved Six.six, because he could relate to her more than anyone else, she was a machine but he too felt alien to everyone else, they were close and understood eachother, and had been together for years now, why did he have to leave her for this? Why was this so important? These thoughts began to boil in his mind. Boil.
