I thought that too, but then I looked closer at the buildings. That really close to okami. At least a replica of pieces it looks like the first part of Sei' an City. Remember having to get the big bridge to fall over? However....I think it may only be a styled similarity. Not 100% of the buildings look familiar....and there's no middle island for the palace. It is really close though. I wish more stuff had this painted style.
