Finally finished it! Think the gold leaf was the longest and trickiest process I dealt with. I like the end result of the piece, just not how yellow the background came out because of the scanner.Materials Used:
watercolors
gold paint
gold leaf
watercolor paper (11 x 14 inches)
EDIT: Updated the scan so it's not all yellow-y

Deep apologies to and her wonderful photographer who contacted me to let me know that I had forgotten to notify them of using her shot as my inspiration for this piece. So thank you so much for bringing it to my attention.

Yes actually.. like I had mentioned before I had forgotten to credit her in the description. Luckily she messaged me to let me know so I have her credited now and have made an official apology to her for my oversight (several apologies to both her and Jon, her photographer). Sorry for the confusion.
