This random Jolteon girl got literally shocked trying to plug in her laptop charger. Man, would this be what happens when you overcharge an electric pokemon? If so, it'd be interesting to see. What she's exactly filling with? I have no idea, but it's probably electrified air, I dunno.
Kinda experimenting with shading and brush here, does it look different to you? I feel it looks slightly smoother than my other drawings.
Anyways, enjoy this picture if you like inflated pokemon because I won't draw them in personal art.

Volt absorb is an ability for Jolteon. Although it refers to electric attacks. I guess the electricity supercharged the air and made the molecules move faster covering more space

About element-based inflation, this wasn't my idea. The commissioner thought of the concept, and I'm not very creative with these kind of things. I'm more of a ''creative situation'' rather than a ''creative way'' person.
