I always find these kinds of revelations funny, considering that the robohand has always been part of her design, even as far back as the first piece of concept art I made of her xD

It would seem she's a very sneaky one.
I feel like this is a bit odd to mention, but I like the title you chose for this one.
Now, where do I start with this...
First off, I would like to mention how much I enjoy the expressions you've used on both these ladies; Charlotte's surprise and fluster is a very nice contrast to Telani's teasing confidence.
You really did a good job on both their faces. I just love their reactions to the sudden swelling!
Following up on that, their poses are the thing that really sells these character's positions in the picture, it's very clear that Telani is way more used to this, as she's standing proud with her hands comfortably placed on her belly and hip.
Charlotte on the other hand, seems to be having a bit of trouble standing up, with her feet very far apart and her tail between her legs, while being a bit unsure of where to place her hands.
Lastly, I would really like to praise the amount of subtle details that you've managed to integrate into this picture; going from the absolutely delightful, slightly squished look of Charlotte's belly, to all the little prints and articles of Telani's outfit, to the fact fact that I believe you absolutely nailed the look of the Gunslinger that Charlotte has equipped, it all comes together to make a scene that's really pleasant to look at.
