I was a fan of the sonic X series and just recently found a rouge and knuckles video of their silly moments which inspired this fanart. I am somewhat displeased with how this came out simply because I really hate to color. I wish I could improve in that area. This was also drawn for DA artist: arina-ivanova-1999Also I don't like to draw fanart in the original artist's style. I try to recreate characters using my style or how I would like for them to look. Some things I changed:
Knuckles - mouth smirk is not simplified, no glove spikes
Rouge - body type, the shape of her ears, & wing size is different
Line art is in my scraps

And bad coloring!? Sorry fella but I can't see it, in fact I absolutely love how you played with the purple hues and well, the whole coloring it's just dang nice, well to my eyes at least! Keep the good job!
