Audrey woke up, blinking away the sleep, and looked around, confusion quickly being replaced with shock and then curiosity. She was dressed in her strange purple uniform, so she assumed wherever she was had something to do with that. She took stock of herself, wiggling her toes and fingers, making sure everything felt okay, before slowly sitting up and taking in her surroundings. She was in an empty room with iridescent walls and a single door. No window, nothing else save a door. As she was about to turn, a noise behind her had her tensing. Slowly, and silently, she turned her head, surprised to see another woman in the room with her, smaller, with blonde and pink hair, and a white and pink uniform exactly like her own.

Olivia groaned and rolled over, frowning at the sudden hardness and discomfort of her bed. It was cold too. She groaned again, deciding she must have fallen out of her bed, but she was pretty sure she had carpet. She opened her eyes with a grumble and frowned at the solid floor beneath her. She was absolutely not in her room, and that was an extremely distressing conclusion. Quickly she sat up, looking around the non-descript room with apprehension.

“Hey, hey, easy.” A warm hand on her shoulder had her squeaking out a scream and she scrambled away, turning and backing into a wall, afraid until her eyes met strange purple eyes across the room.

“Where the absolute heck am I?” She demanded, glaring distrustfully at the other woman, who she balefully admitted to herself was stunning and it was absolutely not fair that she’d been catnapped by such a beauty.

Audrey raised an eyebrow and sat back, tilting her head and studying the younger woman. She was adorable and ridiculous, and she felt driven to protect this other hero. “Sorry, I don’t know where we are.” She looked around, gesturing to the door. “But I suppose we could find out together? This is all very new to me as well.”

Olivia narrowed her eyes and peered suspiciously at the other woman, she had such a posh accent, and she seemed so composed, whereas she was freaking the heck out! “Did this all just kinda randomly happen to you too?” She asked, gesturing to her cute AF skirt and boots.

Audrey laughed softly and nodded before standing and offering the other woman a hand. She loved the pink, white, and yellow, it was cheerful and bright, and for some reason it eased her anxiety. “Yes, just recently… I sense that we’ll find most of our answers through that door.”

Olivia took the offered hand and stood, grinning suddenly. “Well that sure sounds like an adventure!” She chirped.

Audrey was immediately attached to the younger woman with the sweet grin, popping dimples, and go-get-it attitude. “It does, doesn’t it?” She smiled warmly. “I’m Audrey, by the way.”

“Not our superhero names?” Olivia asked, a teasing grin on her face. “I joke, Olivia.” She took Audrey’s hand and shook it exuberantly. “You’re honestly like a glamorous old movie star.” She gushed.

Audrey blushed and shrugged, uncomfortable with compliments. “You’re very kind, Olivia.” She smiled softly and studied the other woman. “You’re absolutely stunning yourself.”

Olivia grinned and linked her arm with the taller, purple-haired girl, and started walking towards the door. “Come on, Audrey, let’s go see what adventure awaits us through door number one!” She took a step forward, Audrey following her, and the two of them opened the door, walking forward towards an adventure that would truly change their lives forever.
