Not really liking the halos and the noice reduced sky (correct me if I'm wrong), but other than that, great one again. Buttresses is a great word!

Hmm, really didn't do anything special on this one...just B&W, adjust exposure, and darken the lower area a bit. I think its your hyperacute eyesight again.

You sure you didn't unsharp mask it very slightly? Little halos on top of the straight of the blocks, but honestly, don't bother. They are just about unnoticeable.

Those are not halos, there is a lead covering (mini roofs, really) on top of the buttresses (!) and it is much lighter in tone than the shadowed area just below it. It is sharpened in Lightroom, at 1 px radius, moderate strength. Can't cause a halo that large.
