If I’d to choose a unique word to describe the role played by Tai in his team, it would be « energy ». Because Tai is lot of energy at any time in any place with anybody. He always has a smile, a laugh (and sometimes a fit of giggles), a good (or bad) pun. He always gesticulates. He seems to be never serious. That’s why, Tai is an attractive character, but also in some cases a disturbing character.
To know better Tai, we’ve to say first of all, that Tai is an impulsive and full-of-life teenager, who has a little sister, and who tries to care of her, because she is very precious for him (he is very protective), and that’s an important point: he is responsible for her. As hobby, Tai likes football, and practices this sport very often.

Tai is a willing person. When he discovered the world of Daybreak, one of the first persons Tai met was Sarha! (the first was Sacha ;3 ndlr) And he was surprised: a girl can’t be a fighter! By thinking that, you may think Tai is misogynous. It’s a wrong impression. Because of his relationships with his sister, Tai is protective toward girls. Sarha is a girl, he has to protect her… But that’s not Sarha’s wish! From this quiproquo (misunderstanding) will bear a deep friendship between Tai and Sarha. Tai amuses Sarha. He is fun, and they're awesome friends, always playing together. He seems to have no sense of responsibility (in fact, we’ve seen he has. But in his childhood, there is a drama with her little sister. Since, IMO Tai shuns any responsibility). He is very charismatic. But meanwhile, his lack of seriousness may get on Sarha and Link’s nerves. We can’t always laugh. Yet, this irritation is very temporary. Tai helps the team to keep a positive attitude; therefore Sarha and Link are grateful to him. It’s subtle, it isn’t? In fact, it’s impossible to hate Tai. The only character who cans do it, is maybe Sacha, who don’t have a good opinion about Sarha and Tai. Sacha fears that Tai steals Sarha’s heart. (Umm, i'd prefer to say they have a lot of same attitudes and "bad" reactions, and so, they are in conflict... ^^" strange, uh ?)
Even if Izzy and Tai make some efforts to understand each other, even if Izzy and Tai are more linked than they were before, they stay quite opposite.

Before to conclude, I wish to develop briefly the topic: “Tai, the fighter”. His power is ice, a powerful power! He can freeze everything; he can build ice-wall, etc. Because of this element, Tai is a base, the team can imagine strategy upon. He has a central role. And I’ve to say, he is brave and clever at fight. He watches the enemies; and his friends. He is a good fighter. Him and Sarha likes to do crazy combos together, because they have the same "fighting style", using their legs and their rapidity a lot.

If you haven’t understand it, Tai attracts sympathy. By hiding his fears and old tears, he tries to show the best of him, and he succeeds in doing that. Tai is a little bit of Daybreak’s soul. We’ve to thank him.
