Hi there! I've chosen you as the 29th person for my 200 Comments Project Challenge. Basically I'm giving comments to 200 different people in a time frame within a week
I think I haven't heard of that DD before but it sounds interesting nonetheless. Anyway this is such an awesome haiku! It's true and straight to the point as well. There's a reason why all of us come back to DA and many other sites included and some of us are more addicted than others. Still all of us have a common purpose and that's because of our love for art/writing. Bravo - very well done with this!

Also, I wanted to let you know I've moved this piece in Multhaiku 's gallery from "General" to "dA and Internet Related".

So sorry for putting it in the wrong folder! I had a hard time deciding where it really fit

It's fine, we're laid back there. Every once in a while we browse the group gallery and sort them out.

They really are. I think I've written like 30 just during my time in DA.

It's addicting! Multhaiku has a new contest out where you write a haiku-sonnet; a set of haiku that each stand alone but when read together make a big overarching story. It sounds super hard but also kinda fun I'm going to try to get something together to enter

that sounds challenging. I may try it...not for a contest but to see if I can. If I can I may remember the contest...lol. good luck with it and I'll be reading it when you post it.

This is interesting but a Haiku has three lines. This to me seems more free verse than anything.

Thank you! This does have three lines, and a title, but the title isn't part of the poem. If you just saw the thumb it looks like it's four lines because the box isn't large enough for the second line and it overflows, but the actual formatting is three lines in a 5-7-5 syllable pattern; a form of haiku.

I find it is easier to have my lines separated by having no commas. Very traditional too. I saw this and clicked on it, the commas might have been what made my brain think otherwise.
