first submission being a base, that's not bad at all xD (ooh boy) i won't upload bases too often.READ THE RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BUYING:
-this base costs 20 points
buy it through the premium content button to the right
you may not upload the files you receive
you must credit me in the description of your work using this base by linking back here or the mention system, linking back is preferred so that others can find this base
-there is a .psd file and a .png file for the base that you can edit to your will
if you plan to use the base on another account tell me the username
you may not claim the base as yours
you may use this base for POINT adoptables and commissions(on-site currency), as well as personal art.
-if i find that you have violated the orange bulletpointed rules you will be asked to reread the rules
-if i find that you have violated the red bulletpointed rules you will be blocked without warning

it's only for the serious rules anyway, which all center around reposting except one, which is about using it for only points. they can still find someone to trade or transfer it to paypal when they get to $20.

nah, list out everything firm and clear. besides, i actually like this base. i'll probably make some free ones too, like once every 2 months or something, cause this acc is still mostly for non-pony original art. so fanart's still on BritneyOctave.
