Hi. Glad you follow my advices, this one have nice lighting.
Everything depends not only about lighting, but also kind of materials, some textures have very high quality, other very low.
I am not expert in I-ray but I found out that with sun sky (in environment) render much faster, also distant lights much faster than spot lights in renders.
Daz not recommend use distant lights with I-ray but I  use them, cause can't found balance between brightness and quality sometimes.
Most of my renders done with help of distant light.

Also the speed depends how much intensity set in enveronment, how much characters in your scene, genesis 3 female for sure high qulity models, so it must took a while time with render her. Also I noticed that dark part of the picture ( with shadows or which don't have enough of light) have a lot of grain and need to be rendered much more time.
Here is just close up face, also like I see level 19 and scifi uniform from genesis2 female bundle, so maybe the textures not so high and it took less time for render.

The render you menton from my profille, took me 2 hours and I cancel on ~30% when it was clear enough. I used sun light only in environment, sun dial prop form Iray basic content.
Daz3d library-> shader presets->> Render settings--> Iray->> Sun dial, choice sundial than from it go to sun chain and you will able rotate sun light.

Also I recomend you add some tags to render, cause from july 24 2015 it was viewed only 50 times, thats mean that image isn't appear onmain page. Adding some tags wil help you found some people with similar interests.
For example you can usee gts, giantess, sw, shrink or whatever else you like.

Also, I should mention, to confiado, who has been helping me with my skills with iray. I do not have a  NVIDIA card, it's all intel.
But I think Graphic's software was updated, or them cleaning the bugs out of my pc. Because The other ones only rendered up to 25 to 40%, in 2 hours, while
this one rendered up to 85% in 1 hour and 45 min. I think it turned out a lot better.
