Thank you! TLG has been mentioned a few times now, and even though I played it I have to admit that I can't think of a similar situation aside from the beginning. My memory is rather bad, though, so eh XD

This is really amazing. You have put so many details. I already thought you were a amazing artist but now, this is really blasting. I have no words for your talent. This must have taken a while. But I can say, this is a masterpiece and you should really be proud of yourself. And Im glad you put your effort and time to create this, and sharing it with us on DA. Thanks for giving me inspiration and amazingness

okay i just want to say this, i am so blown away by this art that I may just write a whole load of "blown- Away!" so get ready...
here goes....
real quick Β found some music that fits the title, i think you should listen to it, see what u think---->youtu.be/fqh7N_4FZDw
now then...
i honestly don't know where to start but, GOSH-DAMN!!! I wish i had your talent! Those bones look so FREAKING REAL! Every little bit of detail is just stunning! i mean, it looks just purely fantastic from it's normal view, but then when you click on it to enlarge the image it's just that much more amazing! i can see everything! The cracks in the skeleton, the moss growing on it, it gives a sense of realness and the bones have a weathered, ancient look that shows the immense age of this Blaster creature. But the thing that ties this whole thing together, for me, is those stunningly gorgeous "eyes"! the vibrant luminescence that they cast upon the skull, and the way it bubbles up past it makes it feel like a living thing. i can almost imagine it breathing, despite not having any lungs.
and finally, the way the perspective fades from focus the further it is from the line of view makes it all look real and doesn't give your eyes a hard time focusing, as they are drawn to the areas that are closer and more in focus. however, the lack of a huge background , and the particles of dust floating in the sunlight beams, makes this image both real and surreal. I immediately get the impression that this creature has been laying in a small cavern, perhaps stationary, for a REALLY, REALLY long time, just waiting for something, or someone, who may never appear. but the best part is that i don't get an evil feeling from this skeletal creature, but rather a powerful and ancient, yet benevolent creature, which for being skeletal is quite an achievement.
so congrats! this is definitely a piece i believe should get more attention and praise. this is something i would LOVE on my wall and never get tired of looking at. i truly believe DA should feature this work as well, its that beautiful.
i am definitely proud to give you the first comment.
keep up the amazing artwork! you are truly a proffesionist! (is that even a word?)

I'm so sorry for the late response. I had already written an answer but my browser crashed. Thanks, mobile phone :V
Thank you so, so much! I hope that doesn't sound creepy but your comment made me so happy that I almost cried.
First I have to thank you for the link, though. Funny how it had the same name and is actually just the type of song I love to listen to
Drawing this was difficult for me because I decided not to use any lineart this time, so I had to constantly switch colors and layers. So many layers... But I am happy that I tried it, even if I probably will at least start with normal sketches next time.
I have to thank the SAI "marbles" texture for the bones, though I added the cracks and so on by myself. By now I use it with almost every drawing because it makes everything seem less flat and boring, even if it's not much
The glowing (especially that between the ribs) was added at the very end, when I decided there should be a little more color. Adding glow with Luminosity/Overlay and Lumi&Shade is always fun, so I use every chance I get
And yes, my intent was to make the (hidden) Gaster the only definitely evil thing here, so I am really glad you see it that way.
Anyway, thank you again for this incredibly nice comment!

it doesn't sound creepy at all, i like hearing that i made you nearly get teary eyed because i know i said something that means a lot to youΒ . your welcome ^-^, Β had no idea you would like the music, but it's truly awesome that you shareΒ my interest in that way ( i'm the only person in my family that listens to cinematic music and of the like lol). the title makes it cooler.
very cool process. i don't have sai but i will definitely keep it mind if i ever get it ( i use photoshop cs6)
also, WHOA!!! i totally didn't see that gaster until i adjusted the brightness! super awesome!
