A robo-girl i drew up, for fun here's a little story:

"This is a robot named LD-100. She is the first in the “life droid” series, created by a group of scientists. The goal was to simply create a type of advanced artificial intelligence but things went way beyond expectation. LD-100 has an incredibly developed personality, sense of humor, and sense of self-worth. The way she speaks mirrors that of an average person so well that if it weren’t for her voice modifier you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. There was constant celebration and a feeling of immense achievement in the air.

However, one day LD-100 started asking some advanced questions. Thing’s like the nature of her existence, and why she was built the way she was. She also expressed wanting a “real” name like the scientists. It really was like they built a person...and suddenly the scientists stopped. All production towards another life droid model were halted as they contemplated what they just created. Were they going too far? They’re just lucky LD-100 turned out to be non-volatile. What if she had ill intentions or problems of the same mental kind that we can’t fix in humans?

Throughout all of this LD-100 remained calm and understanding. After the break, the first thing the scientists did was name LD-100 properly, Lidia. Upon receiving her name, Lidia expressed immense happiness and gratitude. She then began asking for more “human” things like clothes and a name tag. Although one mechanical thing she asked about were mods, to which the scientists deny to make for her, in case they break something. They did give her some magnets which Lidia says “tickle” and act as fun decorations for her."
