I do not think that returning her to normal will be easy this time ... on the outside she is a normal mannequin and also she will want to? She might like to be a mannequin so much that she wants to stay like that.

Oho, plastic mannequin spray! A classic approach, really good to see it here. Tohka is always lovely - with the look of uncertainty and unaware, hints at unwillingness and her morphing expressions throughout the TF stages showed it really well and make an excellent mannequin in the end, with a nice bonus on the outfit. Neat job!

In that case it is seen that she dressed like this on her own accord maybe for some show or something and then the mysterious person saw her and sprayed her.
Β I guess the spray would have also slept her so that when the mysterious person takes her to another place she doesn't see who the person is (I say I don't think she left her there alone)

Well, I guess she will have to prepare now to model clothes in a store until someone who knows her finds her and finds a way to return her to normal (I don't think doing that is easy at all so she will have to stay as a mannequin for a while).
