I think the animation could use a little improvement.
Here's my opinion:
Put each image of Morinne and Umbra in front of a small panel.
You could make an animation for the actual palette, and make it the only thing on the screen after the images of Umbra and Morinne pass into the sides of the screen.
I mean, if you want to.
