It looks like the key was inserted quickly Β (stage two) because Tohka almost falls and it looks that she did not realize what was happening to her because of the expression she had before the transformation.

Oho, she becomes a wind-up doll again. Once more, I do like how you do on the mid-TF (here on 3rd sequence). The posture and her hair half-concealing the key makes it enthralling for me.
Notice you don't put much joints here compared to past wind-up works, but do love the hinges which now resemble how toy soldier usually look. Her eyes looks more piercing here to my liking, though. Nice work, been a while since last saw wind-up TFs from you.
