You may not know this, but LONG before Power Rangers was even a thing, Toei made this Sentai version of Spiderman that was a lot like what would one day be Power Rangers (and in fact a lot of it's concepts were later reused in Power Rangers). So this is already an actual canon thing.

Basically in that old Japanese Spiderman,Β Spidey was originally a Motorcycle Stunt Man who gets his powers from a visitor from Planet Spider, and he must fight bad guys called Machine Bems created by an evil genius, and they also grow gigantic after their first defeat, so Spidey would pilot a Megazord-like robot called "Leopardon" when that happens.
