Here's another Phantom Thief I really want to see: Shiho Suzui. I REALLY feel bad for her in the game (especially since I'm talking from experience for what she went through). So I wanna do her justice and making her a Phantom Thief.
Her Code Name is Owl. And her Persona is Filibus (named after the Mysterious Sky Pirate from the Italian Silent Film of the same name).
