Every cartoon character out has their own perks to become someone unique. In this case,we take a look at the bottom of the sea and these 2 have certainly have the uniqueness of being the most powerful Aquatic Warriors throughout our Earth's Oceans,but who truly is the Ruler of all the Seven Seas?!
