The model you're looking for is actually one of the Collectors from the Mass Effect series. It is one of the higher ranked Collectors and it is the only one from that pack with three eyes.

Cool pic, love the ominous eyes. While Resistance 3 was a great game, I really wish Insomniac had gotten a chance to follow up on introducing the Pure Chimera like they set up at the end of Resistance 2.
