This comic actually comes from a dream I had where a dragon was in a cell and this woman comes in to feed him.  He tips her off that one of her bosses might not be what he seems.

This dragon, captured by the Agency, is now imprisoned in one of their facilities.  In addition to translating ancient texts, he is provides them with information about the world he is from.
