8. Penumbra Series (Overture and Black Plague; Requiem not so much)
9. STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl (and Clear Sky; still need to play Call of Pripyat)

You have good taste. I have a fair number of these on Steam.
Deus Ex in particular is one of my favorites and FEAR is such a great underrated shooter.
