This is a quick picture based on a short mod for Half-Life 2 called Union:[link]That's the best face I can give the Vortigaunt. There's some weird bug in GMod 13 where his eyes are opened wider than wide. Also eye posing causes his face to scrunch up. But I still think he turned out okay.

This might come in handy: [link] It was made to give the Vort fingerposing, which it still has, but its eyelid posing was broke in the process. Seeing as that's exactly what's wrong with the ragdoll in GMod 13, it's not a defect anymore, it's a feature! [link]
