One of two new LBSC A1X Terrier tank engines bought for work on the Butser Island extension of the Oakham Road Railway, both named after Colonel Stephens, a man who owned a empire of light railways.

Colonel was finished first and arrived two days before Stephens and painted in a dark Blue livery. He can be known to be short-tempered which sometimes gets the better of him but works hard none the less.
