A tsundere is a usually cold character who shows their lovestruck emotions through their harsh actions. Mainly, this character is a girl, but for England's case he is tsundere because he has a very blunt, cold personality but hidden under it is a soft spot for anyone he falls in love with. Tsundere's show their love for another person by teasing them, but not in a fun way; they usually would call the person they like a "idiot" or any other insult like that, then blush because they like them. The word "tsundere" is formed from japanese words "tsun tsun" and "Dere dere"; "Tsun tsun" means blunt attitude and "dere dere" means something like spoony love or something close to that.
