Basically, the guy's a god, even If Goku and Vegeta Discovered how to turn Super Saiyan 4 before GT, Gogeta's power level would still only be 331,744,3500 after a Power Level Increase, pre power level increase, his power level would be 189,568,200, making his initial power increase 142,176,150
However, they still have a fighting chance for two reasons.
#1: saiyans become stronger as they battle, however their stamina do not.
#2 if they survived near death, they're power level skyrockets exponentially.
For the sake of Argument, The power level Of gogeta in Super Saiyan 3 is 141,504,000 After Power Level Increase. Pre power increase, his power level would be 94,336,000. Making his power level increase 47,168,000
Basically saying, there is a possibility of Gogeta being able to battle Janemyabuu. A 5% chance if i'm not mistaken, but that chance is more than enough.

If I did the math correctly yes, because of the amount of transformations that are possible for Janemyabuu, you divide the percentage of the transformation amongst the amount of people invovloled in the fusion, so in this case, ther percentage increase amongst Frieza, 25% ,four transformations. Cooler 20%, five transformations. Perfect Cell, 33.333..., three transformations, And Bojack 50% with two transformations, if you call his increase in power a transformation. and divide their transformations into 100, therefore creating the percentage, and add all of the percentages and multiply it in decimal form with the original amount of power, the total increase in power that Janembayuu can distribute is 92,284,920,000 which is enough to tear the very fabric of space, time, molecular structure, and the galaxy of the system itself but his final form is 24,212,000,000. 92,284,920,000 is just the amount of power that he can increase, which is 178% or almost twice the amount of power he can release in final form..... iiiif I did the math correctly of course >,<'
Now it is true, even in SS3, gogeta's power is very limited, even after a complete power level increase, gogeta's power is still 141,504,000 which is much much smaller compared to Jannemyabuu's power, however, if they discovered a way to hit SS4 gogeta's power after power level increase would be 331,744,3500, a significant increase to be sure, but it still wouldn't be enough, for this situation to be successful, they would need to at least each get to SS8 which in theory would increase their chances of success about 27% to 64%, however this would take at least a decade to accomplish, it all depends on when jannemyabuu's transformation is taken place, in dragon ball absalon, a fan animation series by mellaveli, took place over a decade after the events of GT, this time frame in theory is when their power is possible to take on jannemyabuu. I'm still not quite sure, It'd take me a while to crank out the numbers. I'm just saying there is a possibility.
