They look like they might be related with similar skin colors.
On theΒ left is Lips of the Electric Mayhem and on the right is Gladys the cafeteria lady of the first half of the Muppet Show season 3. My brother pointed this out when he saw Gladys in the Rita Coolidge and Kris Kristofferson episode of the Muppet Show. He said the same about Lips and Janice, that they look they might be brother and sister. Makes you wonder

Yeah! And they both have fluffy-looking hair. Too bad Gladys only showed up for part of season three and was never heard from again in the rest of the Muppet Show. Just like Hilda.

Well, considering that the last time we saw her was season 1 of the Muppet Show, the chances of that are pretty slim. 
Yeah! I love the new show, especially since Zoot and Lips have been getting a lot of dialogue lately!!!
I'm glad Camilla is going to return, because Gonzo really needs his girlfriend back! Him being single is a little odd to me.
