Description I decided to do a collage of most of the Disney princesses in their peasant dresses or as I would like to call them their " Before Happily Ever After" dresses in the order their movies came out. I might do them in their "princess" outfits.

From Left to Right:

Snow White ( in her Scully maid dress)
Cinderella (in her maid dress)
Aurora (in her "Briar Rose" dress)
Ariel (in her Kingdom Tour dress)
Belle (in her Village dress)
Jasmine (in her peasant disguise)
Mulan ( in her "feeding the chickens/bring tea to Baba" dress)

and finally

Tiana (in her waitress dress)

Well, if one company can humanize a mouse and have two different versions of mermaids, who's to say they can't make up their own rules about what qualifies you to be a princess.

Heck,Β  Not even Belle is real royalty.Β  True, Beast (a.k.a. Adam) is a prince, but no one outside his castle recognizes his authority.Β  He's essentially a rich man, so to speak, with a mansion and servants.
