I am the opposite.Β Technologically capable, but artistically handicapped!Β It still took me awhile to learn and I'm always perfecting my techniques.Β If you look at my earlier stuff you'll see how I have changed style (not so good then!).

Ah. Definitely looks like it. The more I examined it the more I was like "it's probably lots and lots of photoshop." Is it a vanilla Fallout 3 screenshot, or one with ENB and texture mods?
