Nah, he wouldn't do that!
He may hide his emotions under a constantly bleak expression, but he cares for his brother too much to want to hurt him - badly! (Thinking about it, their relationship might compare to Pinky & the Brain?)

Still wants to conquer the world - OF COURSE!! - and the two may have to fight about that sometimes, but they're still brothers. It's a complex relationship!
(Also, I might add, when not being the main villain, Retsy can also turn antihero and side with Dan against a common enemy...)

Well, they're not much alike in personality, if that's what you mean. Danbuster is crazy, but well-meaning and good - Retsubnad is considered by many to be his evil twin... though Dan himself hates that generalisation. Sure, Retsy may try to conquer the world all the time, in order to be respected, but he does have his good side. He just doesn't show it much.
