gobots wasn't a rip off, they we're licensed from bandai by tonka but the cartoon is purely hanna barbera

Heh! I read in the news that Challenge of the Gobots~ was a ripoff of Sunrise's Machine Robo Series*. But they let HB off with a good price, japanese Gobots toys created by PLEX and Bandai. Maybe this series should be included in the next Super Robot Taisen`
