App for PMD-E groupRyuu (Cyndaquil) -Timid- -Highly Curious- Flash Fire
-Smokescreen (spits a cloud of thick black smoke to cause a wiffer status on the oponent making him miss most attacks for a few rounds)
-Will-o-Whisp (launches some ghostly blue fireballs at the opponent burning him, wich causes it to halve its attack and to get hurt on every move)
- Eruption (First Move usually, the healthier he is the stronger this attack will be (150 base power))
- Lava Plume (causes an explosion of fiery rocks by torching the ground under him, 30% chance of burn, makes sure he's alone before using this move)
Despite its cyndaquil appeareance, this little guy is experienced in battle, and plays strategically and with force... yet as timid as he is he barely talks at all. Feels extremely responsible about his teammates and will do anything to prevent them from getting hurt. Also will make sure his moves are used ONLY when needed...

Link -Shinx (shiny)- Adamant - Alert to Sounds- Guts
-Wild Charge- (engulfs self in a massive electric cover and crashes to an opponent without thinking, he recieves damage from this move too)
-Ice Fang - (may freeze or/and flinch target)
-Crunch - (bites viciously)
-Spark - (engulfs self in a electric coating and tackles target, making sure to escape after using it, may cause paralisis (30% chance) )
Young and reckless, this little guy had to toughen fast as he was constantly attacked from being different than other shinx, he believes in rules and will try to abide into them the best he can, yet he's open enough to break them if needed.
Escaped for weeks from other pokemon until meeting Ryuu who protected him... in gratitude and self healing he wants to help others too if able hence his idea to become a rescue team in a guild...
=w= simple yet long, don't you love new ideas for stories when they come?

Ah ok. I thought you hadn't uploaded this to PMD-E yet, which is why I haven't seen it. You'll have to submit this to the group as well since you're supposed to send in you app before submitting art.
Also, there are a few mistakes you'll want to fix first. On the lines under your picture, you want to have much more then just their names. Name and species goes on the first line, followed by their nature, characteristic(maybe ability if you want to specify), and finally their moves on the remaining lines. Also, Link can't have a tooth necklace yet, only a scarf, bandana, bow(all single colored only), or glasses. Or nothing at all for right now if you don't want to redraw him with a scarf or anything.
Other then that, your app looks pretty fine. Oh, and since I noticed you're doing writting submissions with your pics, you'll need to fill out a writting app too. They'll only judge your art if you don't, and even though its good it doesn't tell the story unless its in comic form.

Its just one rank for writers, the farfetch'd rank. So be mindful of your grammar, spacing, and spelling, since you're juded against everyone else without being broken down into subgroups for how long you've been a writter, like the drawing ranks are.
Oh, and if you don't mind me asking: English isn't your first language is it? It just seems like you have difficultly with it sometimes thats understandable for non-native speakers/writers.

Its ok. And don't worry about keeping up with the standards then, since its not good to focus only on trying to win. You should keep writting and enjoy it as you learn english better, and use it to practice and ask for tips. It might be a good idea to show what you write to a friend or teacher so they can help you out, especially a teacher. I might even be able to give you a few tips.XD
Also, if you do want to try something for prizes, you can try doing comics as well. Less text is easier to correct and you can portray your story more to your drawing skills. And I'm sure if you ask people will give you suggestions on any mistakes you make in the texts so you can fix it before the final submission when times up.

Whatever works out best for you. Just pace yourself and make sure that whatever you do, you can do it in the timeframe. And if its taking you longer to draw then write, then write instead like you have been doing.
