I had a co-worker at the time the movie came out who saw that movie. I wanted to do a hike with him near where it purported to be. In the movie they managed to get lost by going in a big circle. In fact, there is one narrow ridge surrounded by farmland--It is impossible to go in a circle very big in those woods. But he still wouldn't go.
