Drew it with a pen I found, on some paper I found.He needs no expressions! For he has the power of cartoon bubbles poping out of his head, and also, he drools spiders or something.

yeah, but try and find some better pictures of him. In the early comic style, he was a sort of bellboy, and had a similar costume to Expressions man.
Also, check out the character design in Cyborg009. Similar again, but not quite as cool.
Anyway, I think Expression man's made of win and gold.
