Finally I finished it. The reason why this one took so long was because I started it during a school week. I had a big Science project I had to do also.Just Rayquaza from Pokemon. Next comes Lugia.

I used the 'Sparks' brush on Gimp, made the scale smaller, and used a color from a gradient.

Heh, yep. The fire was actually surprisingly easy to do. All I had to do was find the right setting a a tool on Gimp.
