Description
Consider this,A hypothetical situation.
You're sitting at a bar alone,
And you look across the room.
Someone else is standing there,
And a bottle in their hand.
They look up,
And you lock eyes.
Now it's our human nature
To politely look away,
But neither of your gazes moved
From each others' visage.
And you finally break the strongest hold
That you ever felt in your life,
Your heart was holding on to it so dearly.
It jumped around in your body saying,
"Infatuation at first sight.
Fear me, fear me, fear me."
Consider this,
A hypothetical situation.
You're sitting in your house,
And the telephone calls with a shrill voice.
You answer gingerly,
Because the caller ID is blocked.
You exchange hellos,
And there's a request for someone down the block.
Instead of saying, "Wrong number."
You pretend to be them,
And listen in on someone else's life.
Consider this,
A completely realist situation.
You're sitting in your car,
And your cell phone rings.
Someone says,
"I saw you at the bar,
And you pretended to be someone you're not.
Be yourself, that's all I ask,
Because I fell in love with you
When I looked up from my vodka."
And you drive and begin to say,
The words that she had said.
A big truck stops in front of you,
And suddenly you're dead.
She waits for your response,
Until the police pick up.
Everything is easy when you're drunk,
Crashing cars,
Or falling in love,
Dialing the wrong digits.
It's all our fate,
And we can't change it,
It's all weaved out and made.
