Chew on my grisly love.

Then swallow it.

Well, it makes sense. Why should marriage be such a gentle and kind ceremony. You are signing the rest of your life away, and you made the serious implications of that clear enough in your poem. I don't think it has anything to do with cannibalism or a craving for meat.

It reminds me of the blueberry picking poem. it's so out of the ordinary because people would not expect somehting so bloody to relate to love.

Now as for your subconscious, it could have something to do with it craving children that you are consciously planning on denying to your body, since that is a very bloody affair where you offer up your body to a parasite (as Tony would say) but the result is one of the strongest kinds of love that exists.

But don't pay any attention to my analysis.

I like it, I mean, it makes me not want to eat for a week... and I guess that it doesn't help that I'm watching Saw at the same time, but seems appropriate... to everything... it can be negative or positive, really. So I really like it. Very good job.

Haha thank you. And honestly, I'm not sure if it's negative or positive. I just kinda wrote it. So I guess it's up to interpretation.
