This is awesome. Now for the dumb question after I paper mache the thing how will I be able to see. I notice your finished product has no eyes holes.

There is an eyehole. I just have dark makeup around my eyes and theres a shadow covering it. I just paper mache'd around it

I didnt do anything too complicated XD I rubbed some black make up around my eyes to make them blend in. Then I used white make up to make my skin look pale (Also white panty hose) After that I used magic marker to draw in some veins

Very cool! Making this for a friend who wants to go as a Nurse with me in my Pyramid Head costume for halloween, and maybe a convention.
What is the hat made out of though? It doesn't specify in the mini-tutorial.

The hate is made out of foam paper and then covered with left over material from the dress

Pretty well! You paper-mache the top half but leave a little room at the bottom so the beanie can stretch over your head.

Well most of the back of the head is covered except for the bottom which is stretchy because of the beanie/hat.

Yup! Around the top but leave it not as taped up near the bottom so the hat can stretch

this helps with the mask, doubt i can make that hat even though it looks simple.. just cuz im a tard. where did you get the nurse outfit? i was thinking of ebay and just making it look dirty and bloody with some fake blood and tea stain.

The bottom of the back of the head didnt have tape over it so I could get my head in and out

Yup! Keep the plastic mask inside, it helps keep the structure of everything!

I think I just got lucky for lighting XD. No, theres nothing over the eye hole either. I would suggest putting dark make-up around your eye to make it stand out less
